4. Enrollment and Access

5. Tuition, Fees, and Payment

All pricing is clearly stated at the time of enrollment.

  • Payment is required prior to course access unless otherwise specified
  • Bundled or promotional pricing may be offered at CDI’s discretion
  • Optional packages (such as enhanced learning tools or devices) may be available at additional cost

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in a separate refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

All outcomes are determined by external authorities or employers.

CDI provides all services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Exam outcomes or passing results
  • Employment opportunities
  • Accuracy or completeness of third-party regulatory information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Commercial Drivers Institute (CDI) shall not be liable for any:
